Dogs Run Loose After Freeway Police Chase Closes 710 Fwy At PCH

California Highway Patrol just ended a police chase with a female driver who had multiple dogs in her car. CHP Officers closed both sides of the 710 as a precaution. When she finally opened the door as many as 6 dogs jumped out of the vehicle and began running on the freeway. City of Long Beach Animal Care Services had to come and rescue the dogs. The freeway was eventually open.
