Queen Mary Ships & Giggles
Make your Monday night one to remember at The Queen Mary’s (1126 Queens Hwy) Ships and
Giggles comedy night. The night will feature local comedians performing at the Observation Bar
and Art Deco Lounge. Shang, featured comedian on HBO and Showtime, will be headlining the
night’s event. Happy hour is from 5-7 p.m. Show runs from 8-11 p.m. And admission is free.

Tuesday
Gilbert Gottfried
Keep the weeks laughs going as the Gaslamp (6251 E Pacific Coast Hwy) presents Gilbert
Gottfried. The comedian, actor and voice actor will showcase his squinting, squawking and
raunchy style that he has turned into a career since the 70s. General admission starts at $17.50.

Trivia Night
Interested in testing out your trivia knowledge? The Crab Pot Restaurant and Bar (215 N Marina
Dr) is hosting a trivia night every Wednesday from 7- 9 p.m. Bring your friends and test your
skills for a chance to win prizes, food and drinks.

Thursday—Sunday
Dark Harbor
Satisfy your thrill as The Queen Mary (1126 Queens Hwy) presents Dark Harbor nights with
more ship mazes, more monsters and a whole lot more scare. This year’s Dark Harbor will
include an all-new fourth maze on the haunted ship. Thursday nights run from 7:00 p.m. to

Friday
Vegan Meetup
Calling all Falafel lovers. Long Beach has a new vegan option, Viva Falafel (4400 E 4 th street). The
newly opened restaurant is having a vegan meetup event. Mingle with like-minded people and
enjoy a full vegan menu starting at 5 p.m.
How I Made It
Made by Millworks (240 Pine Avenue) is featuring a “How I Made It” storytelling event. If you
like The Moth or other authentic storytelling events, then this open mic night has a slot for you
to tell one of your stories. All ages are welcome. Full bar. Admission is free. The event runs from
7-10 p.m.

Saturday
Pour on 4th
Retro Row (4 th street from Temple to Cherry) is hosting its third annual “Pour on 4 th event
featuring an evening of food, beer, wine and music to celebrate the area dubbed “Retro Row.”
Enjoy free tastings of over 20 craft breweries, boutique wineries and cider houses. Restaurants
will offer $4 to $6 food specials to compliment your drinks as you stroll and enjoy local artist

Oktoberfest
Taste of Brews is putting a unique approach to the traditional Oktoberfest at The Pike Outlets
(95 South Pine Avenue) as it features unlimited tastes. The event will focus on Fall craft beers,
food options, and live music. Each attendee will receive a 5oz souvenir tasting mug. There will
be two sessions: first is from 12-2:30 p.m. and second session from 3:30-6:30 p.m. The two
sessions will have 10-12 breweries, but have a smaller crowd and much shorter wait times in

Art in the Park
Have your Sunday fun at the park with live music, games and art. Join others and make some
spooky creations or find inspiration in the artistry of others. The event is at Livingston park
(4700 E Livingston Dr) from 2:30-6 p.m. Food and paint supplies are provided. Donations are
