Eggs, Eats, and Easter in Long Beach

This Easter weekend in Long Beach, there will be many events for friends and family to attend while being away from home.

The Belmont Eggstravaganza is an annual community scavenger hunt for preschool and elementary students, hosted by Sound House Church. Join them Saturday, April 20 at 9:00am at Will Rogers Middle School.

Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bixby Knolls will be hosting an Easter Sunrise Service celebrating the rise of Christ with music and preaching. This event will be on Sunday, April 21 from 6:00am to 7:00am.

Aboard the Queen Mary for their Sunday brunch at the Grand Salon. Over 50 different dishes across the world will be served, as well as a champagne toast with the Easter bunny. This event will be Sunday, April 21 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Just near the Queen Mary, The Reef Restaurant will be hosting their annual Champagne Buffet. These features will include mimosas and other champagne beverages, bloody Mary’s, candy, and face painting for all ages to enjoy. This will take place Sunday, April 21st from 9:00am to 3:00. The 22nd annual “Hats and Heels,” hosted by Hamburger Mary’s, is a walk to raise money for C.A.R.E. Dress to impress Sunday, April 21 and walk along the downtown bars and raise money for this charity. This event will start at Hamburger Mary’s at 10:00am.
