Town Hall Meeting Hosted by Mayor, State Senators and State Assemblymembers on Power Outages

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM in the Jenny Oropeza Community Center at Cesar Chavez Park. Mayor Robert Garcia along with State Senator Ricardo Lara, Assembly-member Anthony Rendon, who also chairs the Utilities and Commerce Committee, and Assembly-member Patrick O’Donnell, will be co-hosting a Town Hall with representatives from Southern California Edison and the California Public Utilities Commission.

This is an opportunity for residents to learn about the steps being taken to prevent future power outages like the ones we’ve recently experienced, and to ask questions of SCE, the PUC, and your elected officials. SCE needs to hear your stories and your concerns. I want to encourage anyone with questions about the power outages to attend this event. Chavez park is located at 401 Golden Avenue.
