Long Beach Sees Expansion of Big Business

As small business corridors continue to grow and flourish in Long Beach, bigger businesses are also seeing expansion and growth. This is happening across the city as new business developments are popping up from Downtown to East Long Beach.
In Downtown the renovation and new branding of the Outlets at the Pike have brought bigger name stores to the area such as H&M, the Gap, Nike, Forever 21, and more recently Sunglass Hut.
Over at Douglas Park in east Long Beach, Mercedes opened their west coast campus in 2015, plans have been made for 365 by Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, and Orchard Supply Hardware to open stores close by, and Nordstrom rack will also be relocating from Cerritos.
Molina Healthcare one of Long Beach’s largest employers with multiple offices and deep community roots sit at #201 on the fortune 500 as of 2016.
All of these bigger businesses continue to bring new jobs to the greater Long Beach community.
