I knew That Trivia
Grab three friends, some drinks, and test your knowledge at Tuesday’s Trivia Night at The Brit (1744 E Broadway). Accumulate points to earn weekly and monthly prizes from alternating themes and topic questions. Sign up before 6:45 p.m. on the night of. The event runs from 7-9 p.m.

Dia De Los Muertos (MOLAA)
Drop in at the MOLAA (628 Alamitos Ave) for a special Dia De Los Muertos arts and crafts workshop for kids. Using a variety of crafts participants will be able to create a one-of-a-kind Calavera mask. Get inspired by the museum’s artistry and create your masterpiece. Children 13 and under are free. Event run from 3:30-5 p.m.

Thursday
Open Mic with Mariella
Stop by Romeo Chocolates (460 Pine Ave) for more than delicious desserts as they host an open mic night. Come share your voice and musical talent for a fun night of music. The event is from 7-9 p.m. Come in early to sign-up and secure a spot.

Friday
Creature Crawl
Retro Row (4th street from Temple to Cherry) is continuing their Fourth Friday’s event with this month’s theme being creature crawl. Enjoy the dubbed retro district’s eclectic shops for extended hours, discounted merchandise, great food and drink specials. Join the creature crawl and pick up a costume at one of the many vintage stores and complete it with the make-up stations along the creature crawl path. Beach Streets Uptown

Beach Streets October 28th 10am-4pm opens streets Atlantic Ave. & Wardlow Road up for walking, bicycling, and socializing by temporarily closing thoroughfares to automobile traffic. Known more generally as “Open Streets” events, similar events are now occurring across the world, and are a common way of pursuing innovative strategies to achieve environmental, social, economic, and public health goals.

Long Beach Zombie Walk
Calling all monsters! Shoreline Village (401-435 Shoreline Village Drive) is hosting a zombie walk to celebrate all things undead. Come take part in the scare and enjoy live music from local Long Beach musicians, food vendors, spooky movie, and magicians. The event is from 2-10 p.m. and admission is free.

Sunday
Fall Festival
Take part in this year’s Fall Festival at The Pike Outlets (95 S Pine Ave) and stroll around with your costumes trick or treating around the outlet stores. Enjoy candy, face paintings and animal balloons. Halloween crafts can be purchased with all proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach. Come with your spookiest costume and enter the costume contest for a chance to win a $100 gift card to The Pike Outlets. The event is from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. and admission is free.
