Long Beach Police Asking Public’s Help Locating Missing Adult
The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing adult. The missing person, 86-year-old Carmelo “Ricky” Beltran, was last seen in the evening of December 14, 2017, at his residence in the 800 block of Gardenia Avenue by a family member. This is the first time he’s ever walked away without returning home. The victim does not know his name and only speaks Spanish.
