Miller Childrens’ & Women’s team to shave heads for Cancer awareness Day

Saturday, April 13th, at 2 p.m. 50 plus “shavees” families, & health care professionals willtake part in shaving their heads to spread awareness, & funds for
Jonathan Jaques Children Institute at Millers Children’s & Women’s
hospital, & St. Baldrics foundation.

The festive event is inspired by children, & women pediatric cancer patients that have lost their hair as aresult of treatment. Families, & friends will be able to contribute to the cause by shaving their heads in solidarity to the patients that have lost their hair. Current, & former pediatric cancer patients, as
well as families, will be able to enjoy fun activities such as facepainting, music, & more.
