Suspect arrested in Southern California over terror plot on “multiple targets”
Following Saturday’s anti-Semitic hate crime investigation, after a gunman opened fire inside a San Diego County synagogue – killing one woman and wounding several others, law enforcement officials told The Times today, that a single suspect has been arrested on domestic terrorism charges. One of the officials outlined that the plot had been found to involve “multiple targets”.
A press conference will be held at 1pm in downtown Los Angeles to discuss the case. Representatives from the U.S. attorney’s office for the Central District of California, the FBI, the LAPD, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Long Beach Police Department are expected to speak.
