Play, Pamper and Pose at the Queen Mary’s Doggie Paradise Saturday, September 14

The Queen Mary is pleased to debut an afternoon of doggie delight at the all-new Doggie Paradise on Saturday, September 14 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Doggie Paradise offers a day of fun for all four-legged friends of any size or breed.

Dogs can dive into doggie splash pools, make souvenirs for their owners at our arts and crafts stations, roll around in a ball pit, or get pampered with a freshly washed coat and manicured nails at the on-site mobile grooming stations.

Visit the Bark-eology Tent to get a front row seat to educational workshops every half-hour. Among the educational workshops, Tranquil Pet will offer a unique demonstration focused on Reiki Healing, a technique which reduces feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression among dogs. Educational workshops will also be available for Pet First Aid, Pet CPR, Training & Obedience demonstrations and more.

Roll over, sit and stay at the Pawfect Performance Stage for dog-themed entertainment throughout the day and participate in a mouthwatering watermelon eating contest for a cool treat. Pose in front of Instagramable art installations including a giant Fire Hydrant, Flower Walls, “Dog Toy Heaven” backdrop, and more.

Dogs can embrace their inner model as they try their paw at winning the Queen Mary’s Cutest Dog Contest. Special puppy prizes will be awarded to the winner who makes the best impression strutting down the dog walk.

Guests looking to grow their furry family can fill out adoption applications and meet prospective family members from the Seal Beach Animal Center and Long Beach Animal Care Services. Foster and volunteer opportunity sign-ups will also be on-site at Doggie Paradise.

Let the memories of Doggie Paradise last forever with keepsake arts and crafts such as interactive paw painting and paw clay imprinting activities. Shop for the perfect treat, leash, dog toys, and accessories from dozens of local and small businesses. Merchandise will be available from vendors including Real Meat Co., Just Food For Dogs, PJs Pet Cafe, Camp Run A Mutt and more.
