Queen Mary Christmas Provides Very Merry Holiday
The Queen Mary is hosting a Christmas celebration that will put even the most Grinch-like person you know in the holiday spirit.
There is ice skating available at the True North skating rink where you can circle a 28 foot Christmas tree before relaxing with funnel cakes, nachos, pizzas and festive drinks at the Reindeer Peak Rink-side cabanas. The QM express takes visitors around the outdoor festivities. There’s a carousel, a giant rocking-chair perfect for pictures and ‘snow’ that will start to fall at any given time. You’ll be sure to capture some Instagrammable Christmas village moments!
Meet and greets with Santa are included with the price of admission and professional photos are an additional $20. Be sure to check out the naughty or nice list when you visit him in the Captain’s Quarters. If you want to meet Santa’s better half, Mrs. Claus is reading Christmas stories just down the hall.
Gingerbread house decorating in Gingerbread Village is $16 and Stocking decorating (with the help of Santa’s elves) is $11 with other arts and crafts available.
The 4-D Theatre shows an abbreviated 15-minute version of Polar Express, complete with hot cocoa smells and snow flurries.
On select Saturdays, Santa will be reading Christmas stories during breakfast – pajamas or onesies are encouraged – hoorah!
The event runs until Jan. 1 on select dates. Click here for more information.
