Man trapped under metro train after falling from platform in Long Beach
A man was trapped under metro train after falling from platform in Long Beach just before 5:30PM today said Long Beach Fire PIO Jake Heflin.
LBFD was dispatched to Pacific and 5th Street right after the Long Beach Police found the man in his 30’s trapped under the front truck of the train.
It took rescue crews about 25 minutes to free the man. The man was rushed to local trauma center. The incident is under investigation.
