Triple shooting near Orange and South in North Long Beach

Three women were shot, one fatally, at a vigil held for a shooting victim in Long Beach Monday evening, police said. The triple shooting occurred near Orange and South just after 9pm in North Long Beach.

A crowd was gathered for a candlelight vigil for a man shot and killed in the same area Sunday evening. A suspect description was not immediately available, and no arrest has been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
