School Safety Officer Involved Shooting in Long Beach

On Monday around 3:15pm a School safety officer involved shooting occurred near Millikan High School. A female was rushed to a local hospital.

A video posted online shows an officer shooting towards a vehicle leaving the area.

Witnesses say a fight broke out between students when school safety responded to the incident. It is unclear why the officer fired at the vehicle.
