Police Seek Help Locating At-Risk Missing Person Leonard Webb
UPDATE 11/10/21 at 3:30 p.m.:
On Nov. 10, 2021, Caltrans employees spotted Mr. Webb while they were working in the area of the Los Angeles River and 405 Freeway. They noticed his medical alert bracelet, checked on him, and called Long Beach Fire. Mr. Webb was unharmed and reunited with his family.
LBPD would like to thank the Caltrans employees who helped locate Mr. Webb.
The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 87-year-old at-risk missing person, Leonard Webb, who was last seen on Nov. 9, 2021 at approximately 8:00 a.m.
Webb was reported missing by his family on Nov. 10, 2021. He was last seen on surveillance video walking away from his residence in the 1300 block of W. 34th Street, Long Beach on Nov. 9, 2021 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Webb suffers from medical conditions, may easily become disoriented, and is unable to take care of himself.

Age: 87-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 190 lbs
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black cowboy-style hat, white jacket, and black pants
Medical Alerts: has medical condition(s) and may become easily disoriented
