Suspect Arrested for Sexual Battery of Three Victims, Additional Victims Sought
On Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, Long Beach Police Detectives arrested Jerod Curtis, a 29-year-old resident of Carson, for multiple counts of sexual battery and sexual crimes against a minor.
On Nov. 30, 2021, a female juvenile contacted Long Beach Police Officers and informed them that she had been inappropriately touched by Curtis who was working as a massage therapist in the 5800 block of Naples Avenue. Curtis is also a local youth volleyball coach.
Additionally, Curtis has been identified as the suspect in two sexual batteries involving adult female victims, which occurred in July and November of 2021. Curtis is currently being held at the Long Beach City Jail on $225,000 bail.
