Suspect Flees after Armed Robbery at McDonald’s on East 4th Street
LONG BEACH, CA – Long Beach Police Department has provided preliminary information regarding a robbery that occurred on Jan. 25 at a McDonald’s on East 4th Street.
At approximately 1:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to a business in the 1000 block of E. 4th Street regarding the robbery. Preliminary investigation indicates a male suspect entered the business, brandished a firearm, and demanded for the victim to open the cash register.
Fearing for their safety, the victim complied with the suspect’s demands. The suspect was seen fleeing the scene southbound on Bonito Avenue prior to officers’ arrival. The investigation is ongoing.
