AT RISK MISSING PERSON – THOMAS EDWARD MORGAN
LONG BEACH, CA – The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 74-year-old at-risk missing person, Thomas Edward Morgan, who was last seen on June 17, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Morgan was last seen near the smoking area of his care facility in the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue. Morgan does not have a car or cell phone and his destination is unknown. Morgan suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented.
At-risk missing person Thomas Edward Morgan is described as follows:
Age: 74-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 6’00”
Weight: 200 lbs
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Maroon jumpsuit
Medical Alerts: Has medical condition(s), may become disoriented and is known to wander
