Firefighters Quickly Contain House Fire in North Long Beach

LONG BEACH, CA – A house fire in North Long Beach was swiftly brought under control Wednesday morning, thanks to a rapid response from the Long Beach Fire Department.

Crews were dispatched to the fully involved fire at 56th Street and Rose Avenue at 9:59 a.m. Firefighters worked quickly and successfully extinguished the flames within 20 minutes. No injuries were reported.

Assigned fire units included AC1, BC1, DC1, E7, E9, E12, E13, E19, R9, R11, and T7. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
