Long Beach, CA – April 23, 2025 — The man caught on video violently slamming a dog to the ground in Long Beach has been located and arrested, police announced this evening. The incident, which occurred in the 200 block of E. 12th Street, sparked widespread outrage across the community and prompted an urgent investigation.
